CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The board may contract for custodial and other maintenance services for the school district buildings and sites. The superintendent is authorized to contract for such services. Except in the case of emergency, contract shall be submitted to the board for approval.
It is the responsibility of the superintendent to consider the financial condition of the school district and other factors deemed relevant by the superintendent in making such contracts.
